Refunds & Cancellations Policy of Dr Shiv’s Multispeciality Dental Clinic & Implant Center

At Dr Shiv’s Multispeciality Dental Clinic & Implant Center, we strive to provide excellent dental care and a seamless experience for our patients. This Refunds & Cancellations Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds for our services are handled. We value your trust in us and aim to be transparent and fair in all our transactions.

Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without any charges if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
  • No-Show Policy: Patients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior notice may also be charged a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may limit access to future bookings.

Refunds for Prepaid Services

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds for prepaid services are eligible under the following conditions:
    • Services were canceled by the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Patients canceled the appointment within the stipulated cancellation window.
    • Services were not delivered as agreed due to valid reasons assessed by our team.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Fees for consultations, diagnostic tests, X-rays, and completed dental treatments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method or the customer’s bank account, depending on the payment mode used.

Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our clinic via phone or in person and provide your appointment details and reason for the refund request.
  • Verification: Our team will review the request and verify the eligibility for a refund based on the policy criteria.
  • Confirmation: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with details about the refund processing timeline.

Package and Treatment Plan Refunds

  • Treatment Packages: Refunds on treatment packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a package is partially used, the refund will be prorated based on the services already availed.
  • Discontinuation of Treatment: If a patient chooses to discontinue a treatment plan after it has commenced, the refund will be calculated by deducting the cost of the services already provided.

Refunds for Products

  • Eligibility: Products purchased directly from our clinic (e.g., dental care products) can be refunded if returned unopened and in original condition within 7 days of purchase.
  • Non-Eligible Products: Used, opened, or damaged products are not eligible for refunds. Custom or special-order items are also non-refundable.

Mode of Refund

  • Payment Card Refunds: If the payment was made via debit or credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card.
  • Bank Transfers: For payments made via bank transfers, the refund will be credited to the original bank account.
  • Cash Payments: Refunds for cash payments will be processed as bank transfers, requiring bank account details for the transaction.

Disputes and Appeals

  • If you disagree with the refund decision, you may contact our clinic management within 7 days of receiving the decision. We will review and respond to your concerns promptly.
